" You only need to drive into the quiet cul de sac of Willow Glade to immediately experience the appeal of this superb four bedroom family home. The stone construction, full double glazing, profiled terracotta roof tiles, lawned side garden and block paved driveway give the first sense of high quality, but wait until you see inside, and then the fantastic back garden. Imagine you and your family pulling up on this private driveway, using the remote control to open the garage doors (maybe you need two cars for all the kids - no problem, double garage), and then piling out and choosing whether to go traditionally through the front door, or either side gate to the fabulous garden. Of course that leaves a parent to finish the parking in the garage. Or of course just leave it on the driveway, there's so much space, for three saloon cars in fact.

Step through the front door into the welcoming carpeted hallway. The understairs space has thoughtfully been left open, maybe a small sofa or table with ornaments, your choice. It will be very difficult to make this entrance look anything other than bright and welcoming. The hallway leads to the living room, dining room, guest WC and kitchen. There is also a very useful cupboard for coats and shoes. Will the kids use it? Doubt it. You will be tidying up after them, even in your new home.

The guest cloakroom is unusually spacious, and contemporary, with a comfortable linoleum floor, white concealed cistern WC and wash hand basin, complemented with excellent cabinets for keeping all those things that just do not need to be on display. This means you can always maintain a show home feel.

The living room runs the length of the house with a deep bay window to the front, allowing a large area to put flowers, ornaments and those essential family photographs, including the holiday snaps of course. As there are double patio doors at the rear room, opening to the fabulous decking in the garden, this room is light and airy. When the winter months close in, just turn on the living flame gas fire in the stone fireplace and cosy up on one of your sofas. Yes, there is plenty of room for two large sofas.

Next to the living room is the dining room. Plenty of space for a large table and multiple chairs for the family meals or when guests visit, but perhaps the best feature; the double patio doors, just like the living room, opening out on the the spectacular decking overlooking the garden. Great for those summer months when friends and family mingle on the decking area or flow back into the reception rooms with a plate full of BBQ food.

There is a door from the dining room into the excellent modernised kitchen. The owners invested in 2014 in bringing two rooms together to form this amazing breakfast kitchen. The adjacent utility room is so big, it means all the kitchen space is used thoughtfully. The floor is quality oak and there are windows to two sides letting the light flood in. The mottled marble work surface extends around three sides, including a splash back bar and of course the rounded edged breakfast bar. The one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap is beneath the rear window.

The Rangemaster Toledo stainless steel range is an impressive feature of this amazing kitchen. With two ovens, grills and heated drawer, in addition to the multiple ring point hob and stainless steel splash back and extractor fan, you know your are cooking in a luxury setting. Who will be the lucky ones to sit on the breakfast bar stools, waiting for the culinary delights to be delivered? Bacon sandwiches perhaps? Bet you are hungry now. And when finished - plates directly to the integrated dishwasher, no mess.

To ensure the kitchen is optimised, the large utility room, which has an external door to the side of the house, has space for an American style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is even wall cupboards and floor cabinets under the same marble work surface and a stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap. So much room to hide away all those odd things that you know you have but can never find until you have bought another one. The rear window also ensures plenty of light when you are digging mud from your boots over the utility sink and getting told off for not doing it outside.

When you step outside the rear door from the utility you will be delighted at the space you have. This light stone paved area and fenced area, which runs down two sides of the house, is wide and secluded, keeping whatever you wish to keep here out of sight. The space can allow so many options; sheds, garden storage facilities, bike stores, rabbit hutches, lion enclosure..........sorry went a bit far there, that is not quite true. The pathway to the rear has a wonderful wooden archway as a portal to the magnificent garden.

The garden has been expertly arranged on three specific levels. Firstly you have the amazing shaped decking which runs the full width of the house, with a protruding area for the patio table and chairs. Then there is a lawned area to a walled border and finally steps down to the third level, which has a lovely summer house in the garden corner and areas to sit and enjoy the sun, or store the compost or arrange with shrubs and plants. As the garden is fenced on one side and high hedges to two sides, it is perfectly secluded. Summer is coming, do not miss the chance for this to be yours.

Now lets take a look upstairs. You will not be disappointed, the quality continues. The carpeted landing area has light flowing in from the front facing window and each bedroom, and house bathroom leads from it.

The master bedroom, as well as having built in wardrobes and drawers, has a lovely dressing area, also with wardrobes and a recessed area for a drawer set. No excuse in not keeping this room tidy, the storage capacity is fantastic. The dressing area leads you to the bright and modern en suite with slate coloured tiled flooring and floor to ceiling white tiling on two walls. It has a white suite bath with centre taps, shower screen and an Aqualisa power shower over, WC and wash hand basin, which is integrated into useful beech effect cupboard units.

Bedrooms two and three are very similar in size, both at the rear of the house with windows overlooking the garden, and easily capable of accommodating double beds and wardrobe and drawer units. Bedroom four with a window to the front of the house can take a double or single bed, and has a integrated double wardrobe in the recessed space that protrudes to the landing. Plenty of room to hang clothes in here.

Finally, the house bathroom is of equal quality to the rest of the house, having been completely refurbished in 2014. The large, recessed walk in shower cubicle is large, with sliding door and Aqualisa power shower. The white sink unit and concealed cistern WC are tastefully integrated into the cupboard units. As you would expect there is also a full bath here and tiled floor. Neatly tucked away is the airing cupboard. Lovely to take the warm towels out in the winter, but this room will hardly be cold with the feature large chrome towel rail in place.

So there you have it. The complete, perfect, modern family home, ready to move into and enjoy immediately.
