Our View

A uPVC front door leads into the hallway which has a staircase to the first floor and doors giving access to the kitchen and the living room. The living room has a large double glazed window to the front and opens into the dining room which has ample space for a table and chairs and a double glazed window over looking the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units along with a fitted double oven, gas hob and plumbing for an automatic washing machine. There is a double glazed window to the side and a rear entrance door leading out to the back garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom which has a white three piece suite and incudes a shower over the bath. Externally there is a very smart resin based driveway which leads to the garage and lovely gardens, with the rear garden being a good size, with a shaped lawn and attractive colourful borders. These properties are particularly popular and seldom remain on the market for long, we therefore recommend an early viewing to avoid disappointment.
