Our View

A traditional semi detached property which occupies an elevated position within this established residential area which offers numerous amenities close by and provides easy access into the City Centre. The property has replacement double glazed windows and it has been enlarged with a two storey extension to the side and a dining room/conservatory to the rear. We strongly recommend a viewing to appreciate the accommodation on offer. EPC rating D.

The Property

A uPVC front door leads into the entrance porch which then has an inner door into the hallway. Just off the hallway there is a ground floor wet room with a shower area, wc and wash basin.
