Viewing is highly recommended in order to appreciate all that the property has to offer, the main features being the size of the living space. Particular mention must be made of the lounge which has a fire surround housing a gas fire and patio doors leading to a conservatory which overlooks and has access to the rear garden. The kitchen has an integral refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and double doors leading to the dining room. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room which has access into the garage and to the rear garden. There is also a cloakroom/wc to the ground floor. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a bathroom/wc having a white suite. The property has the benefit of double glazing, under floor heating (not tested) to the entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and conservatory. Externally there are gardens to both the front and rear and been of a generous size. The well maintained gardens are laid to lawn and have flower and shrub borders. The garage has an up and over door and there is a double width driveway.
