Situation and Description
Beckingham is situated approximately 6 miles to the east of Newark amidst attractive Lincolnshire countryside and just off the A17 and also offers convenient to Lincoln (16 miles) Sleaford (14 miles) and Grantham

(18 miles). The village is a popular location and contains a pleasant blend of older period homes together with a limited number of tastefully designed modern homes. Local amenities include the All Saints Church, a Village Shop, The Packhorse Inn and a Village Hall. Newark Golf Course is only a couple of miles distant. There are local Primary Schools at nearby Brant Broughton, Leadenham and Coddington and good Secondary Schools at Newark, Sleaford and Welbourne, all within easy travelling distance. Newark contains comprehensive facilities including a variety of national chain stores and supermarkets. There are trains to London Kings Cross from Newark Northgate Station with a journey time from 75 minutes and a cross country service into Nottingham takes around 30 minutes.
