The attractive dressed stone exterior is not just skin deep - the windows to the front elevation were carefully selected (sash style) to match the character of the terrace. All 3 reception rooms have feature open fireplaces, there's a useful utility and with 4 double bedrooms, everyone in the family is well catered for. A further bonus is the attached store and hobbies room above - whilst not quite an annexe as such, it does offers that very real potential - it's roomy, has a separate external entrance and a first floor fitted with shower and wash hand basin (consult the council planning department for conditions and approvals). Particularly appealing are the gardens which have received much love and attention over the years, offering the keen gardener somewhere to enjoy whilst being a natural haven for wildlife and birdlife. To complete the picture, there's off road parking and a good sized garage. Benefiting from uPVC double glazing (a very small window to the landing is single glazed) and oil central heating, the accommodation comprises: Entrance Hall, Sitting Room, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Utility Room, Store Room, Landing, 4 Bedrooms and Bathroom.
