If you are downsizing from a larger property or are someone seeking a low maintenance home or holiday retreat in a marvellous coastal setting, we would highly recommend that you view this Grade II Listed End Terrace House that is centrally located in the historic coastal town of Beaumaris. The dwelling, whose origins are believed to date back to the mid 19th, has in more recent years been tastefully modernised and maintained to an exceptional standard by the present owners, retaining some of the style and character one would expect from a residence of this period. LOCATION The historic town of Beaumaris, which sits on the banks of the Menai Strait, is well known for its medieval castle that dates back to the reign of Edward I. Being the home of the Royal Anglesey Yacht Club, it is also renowned for its yachting facilities and annual regatta. With its varied shops and restaurants, the town also offers two golf courses, one 9-hole and one 18-hole that are within easy reach of the town centre. The nearby town of Menai Bridge offers additional shopping and recreational facilities, along with close links to the A55 Expressway, allowing rapid commuting throughout Anglesey and to the mainland, passing by the acclaimed University City of Bangor and onwards towards Chester, Liverpool and Manchester, ultimately linking up with the entire UK motorway network. A little further afield, the port town of Holyhead provides daily sailings to and from Ireland and a first rate intercity train service.
