" Old Ty‘n Y Wern is a charming Grade II Listed detached 1 bedroom cottage, standing in a rural setting, yet just 2 miles from the centre of the town of Bala.

Presented in excellent condition throughout, retaining a wealth of period features to include vaulted, beamed ceilings and stone walls. The property, which is believed to date from the 17th Century and built as a dwelling and later converted to a former cowhouse and then changed back to a property in the latter part of the 20th Century, stands within its own spacious gardens and provides off road parking for at least two vehicles to the front. Adjoining the property there are three former piggeries offering useful storage space.

There is planning permission is for a new entrance lobby, ground floor double bedroom with en-suite and sliding patio doors onto a veranda. The staircase (originally the external stone steps) leads up to a landing and door into the upstairs bedroom.
