Located on quiet side street, the house is near enough to walk to the local shops and both the primary and secondary schools are less than a 10 minute walk.

Built in 1904, the property was originally built as a semi detached house. At some point, a further pair of houses were built creating an attachment on either side. The property has its own private entry from the street to the rear of the property.
