To the left is the through lounge/diner which has a gas fire and surround, picture rail, radiator, window to the front and door to the rear. The kitchen is to the rear of the property and has an integrated oven and hob, plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge, wall and base cupboards with sink drainer, radiator, space for a drop leaf table and there is a window and door to the rear garden. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two doubles to the front and rear respectively and a single to the front. The bathroom comprises of a bath and wash basin and there is partial tiling, a radiator and a window to the side. There is also a separate WC adjacent to the bathroom. The rear garden can be accessed from a gated sire path and has a paved patio, lawn, shed and is enclosed by fence.
