" This three bedroom semi-detached property is located on the sought after Fairfield Estate and is within a short walk of South Wigston train station and in close proximity to a wide range of local shops and amenities. Although the property is in need of refurbishment and modernisation it does benefit from a single storey extension to the rear which significantly increases its footprint. Offered with no upward chain the property briefly comprises a spacious living room which has ample space for a dining table, and double glazed sliding patio doors to the extension. The extension itself offers some versatility in the way the space could be used. A garden room, seperate dining area, play area or home office are all possible options, although many might choose to extend the current kitchen space. The kitchen does have a range of base and wall mounted units as well as space for all essential appliances but ideally does need refitting. A door does provide access to the side of the property. To the first floor there are two good size double bedrooms and a single bedroom that benefits from an overstairs storage cupboard. The spacious first floor bathroom comprises a four piece suite to include a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC and bidet. To the front of the property is a garden, mainly laid to lawn, with an area of shingle ideally suited to potted plants, a driveway runs down the side of the property providing ample off-road parking and direct car access to a detached single garage. To the rear is an enclosed garden again mainly laid to lawn surrounded by planted beds and completed by a patio area and greenhouse. General Information Energy Rating - Awaiting EPC Situation The property is located on the popular Fairfield estate, that benefits from a small shopping parade, regularly serviced bus route and reputable primary school. There are good road links into Leicester city centre and access to Junction 21 of the M1 and the Leicester ring road, whilst South Wigston train station is only a short walk. Directions From our office on Leicester Road, turn right at the mini roundabout onto Aylestone Lane. Proceed along this road, over the railway bridge as the road becomes Stonesby Avenue and take the first left onto Glenborn Road. Follow the road and take the first right onto Dorset Avenue. Cheshire Drive is the first road on the left and the property can be found on the right hand side of the road - clearly identified by Harrison Murray's 'For Sale' board. "
