" This recently renovated and extended cottage with exposed beams and stonework is situated in the popular, rural village of Empingham. The property is a short 10 minute drive from Stamford and close to Rutland Water. The property is walking distance to local amenities such as the village shop, hair salon, pub restaurant and primary school. This lovely stone cottage offers spacious living and generous bedroom sizes, with options to be a 4 bed house, or have an additional reception room on the ground floor. The ground floor comprises of an open tiles entrance space with access to the upstairs with a polished wood stair case.
