" A traditional Victorian villa set on the fringe of Loughborough town centre ideal as a family home or possible investment purchase. DIRECTIONAL NOTE Park Road is set on the fringe of Loughborough town centre. Upon leaving the town along Frederick Street follow the road to the right on the one way system onto Royland Road. Keeping in the left hand lane enter Park Road, continuing over the mini-roundabout the property can eventually be found on the right hand side as denoted by the Agent's for sale board.
