Introduction This three bedroom semi-detached property sits on the outskirts of the popular market town of Presteigne and offers well laid out accommodation with well proportioned rooms. The property requires updating and has the potential to create a lovely family home with views across the school field and onto the countryside beyond.

The accommodation comprises: entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility, store room, three bedrooms, family bathroom and ground floor wet room. Property description The front door leads through to a central hall way with doors leading off to the ground floor accommodation and stairs rise up to the first floor. There is a dining room to the front with wooden flooring and feature fireplace. Across the hall is the living room with a feature fire place with inset gas fire and sliding patio doors out onto the rear garden. The kitchen/ breakfast room has a tiled floor, walls and base units and looks out across the garden. Off the kitchen there is a utility and store room with a further door into another long store room with doors to the front and rear garden. Off the hall is a wet room with an electric shower, WC and sink. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom which is fitted with a traditional three piece suite. Gardens and parking Stone steps lead up to the front door and a path leading around to the store room on the side. The rear garden is level and mainly laid to lawn with shrub borders. To the end of the garden is a gated driveway for off road parking for a car and a large timber shed to one side. Location Located on the outskirts of the popular Market Town of Presteigne. This was the county town of Radnorshire and has become a local cultural centre, hosting two festivals. First, the oddly named Sheep Music Festival dedicated to contemporary music and the Presteigne Festival of Music and the Arts. The town is fortunate to have an award winning museum - The Judges Lodgings. Presteigne has a Primary and Secondary School, Leisure Centre and thriving community spirit with the popular market being held once a month. Further afield, the markets towns of Knighton and Ludlow offer a range of facilities, the latter being known for its restaurants and festivals.
