" Location: Proceeding south along Aynam Road take a left turn onto Parkside Road, following the road past the football ground, take the right turning into Archers Meadow, then right again. The property can be found at the end on the right.  Services: Mains gas, electricity, water and sewerage.  The Tenancy: The property will be let on a fixed term Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum period of 6 months.
