" ENTRANCE Upon entering the courtyard an external staircase on the right hand side leads to the entrance to No 15.

Upon entering the property there is a further staircase leading to the upper floor with handrail.

BEDROOM This good size double room offers a good amount of natural light with double glazed window and velux roof light. There is a wall mounted electric panel heater and built in double cupboard with louvre doors.  

BATHROOM A brand new white contemporary 3 piece suite comprising of WC, pedestal sink and bath with electric shower over. The suite is complemented with pale grey splash back tiling, slate grey vinyl flooring and large mirror. 

OUTSIDE Pretty communal courtyard and concealed wheelie bin storage. 

GENERAL INFORMATION Council Tax Band: B
