A detached bungalow in a cul-de-sac, on a corner plot with gardens to three sides, a detached garage and driveway parking, being within approximately 500 yards of the beach and coastline of Haverigg village. With gas central heating and double glazing, this bungalow has accommodation comprising central hallway with porch entrance, a through lounge/dining room with patio doors to the rear conservatory, which in turn opens into the garden, a fitted kitchen with dining space, incorporating a hob with separate eye-level double oven, a sink unit below the rear window and a door opening onto the garden. From the entrance hall, there is a cloaks/WC and a shower room, which has a P-shaped shower cubicle. There are two large double bedrooms and a further utility/kitchen with a sink unit and fitted cupboards, plus appliance space and a door leading out to the rear garden. Outside, the driveway providing off road parking and access to the garage. Double gates between the garage and the bungalow, allow access to the rear garden, which is hard landscaped with gravel and patio planted areas. The rear garden in turn leads to a side garden which is gated to the front and side, again with gravelled planted areas and a lawned section. EPC rating to follow.

Location

Situated approximately 500 yards from the harbour, the beach and sea, providing access around the sea wall and to the local countryside around the village. Haverigg has a general store, a post-office and a newsagents, as well as infant/junior school, children's play park and a water sports arena. A wider range of facilities can be found in Millom, which is approximately one and half miles away.

A large detached bungalow with well proportioned rooms, beautifully laid of gardens and a cul-de-sac location on the edge of the village.
