With generous room sizes, two reception rooms in addition to the long kitchen and dining area, together with large workshop and rear garden with open rear views this ready-to-move-into house could be your next home. With gas central heating and double glazed windows and doors the accommodation comprises. Central entrance hall with feature spindled staircase to one side with galleried landing above. Sitting room to one side of the hallway with lounge to the other, together with walk-in cupboard with shelving and internal wardrobe with sliding doors. The lounge has a feature fire surround with electric flame-effect fire, ceiling light point with matching wall lights and concealed sliding glazed doors opening into the rear dining area. This has sliding patio doors onto the rear garden and slate-effect laminate flooring which extends through to the kitchen together with conveniently sited ground floor shower room next to the rear exit door. The shower room is fitted with an offset quadrant shower, concealed cistern WC and corner wash hand basin together with panelled walls, ceiling and tile-effect laminate flooring. The kitchen has a range of modern cream fronted units with curved end doors and slate-effect contrasting laminate worktops. The units are a mix of cupboards and drawers together with pull-out rack next to the eye-level double oven which has cupboards above and below.
