THE LOCATION Ryelands is a residential estate, approximately 1 mile north of the city centre. This property is located on the edge of the estate, close to Torrisholme Rd and Ryelands Park. The local primary school is only a short walk. Regular buses pass by, both on Torrisholme Rd and through the Estate. PROPERTY OVERVIEW Ryelands Road is a semi detached home which has been in the same family ownership for over 50 years. Many buyers may not realise that these properties were actually built in 1930's!
