The spacious accommodation is on two levels and comprises a lounge, breakfasting kitchen and dining/family room, three double bedrooms (with the master being en-suite) and a family bathroom. The property is in excellent decorative order throughout, has neutral decor and is in move in condition.
The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. It has a courtyard with a monobloc driveway and patio area to the front. The courtyard is enclosed by stone walls and double wooden gates, providing privacy. There is a paved area to the rear which provides an ideal drying space.

The master bedroom is a beautifully presented double bedroom with a large arched double-glazed window looking out onto the courtyard. It has double fitted wardrobes (with further storage space above), as well as room for free standing items of furniture. The en-suite has a three piece suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and a shower cubicle with an electric shower.

A fireplace (with an electric fire and antique pine surround) provides an attractive focal point to the room.
There is a stylish breakfasting kitchen, which is fitted with a range of storage units and has space for free standing appliances. A sink and side drainer are inset within the wipe-clean work surface. Ample space is provided for a table and chairs. The breakfasting kitchen has two double glazed Velux windows set into the coombed ceiling, providing a light and airy space.
