" This superb ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of St Andrews, in an enviable location only moments walk from the R&A Club House, world famous golf courses, West Sands beach and University buildings, and with easy access to all other amenities including the towns shops, restaurants, schools etc.
The property is presented in excellent decorative order, offering spacious and flexible accommodation with a host of fine features including high ceilings and original decorative cornice work. It benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with secondary double glazing throughout.
Entrance to the property is via a gate from the street which opens into a private yard. This gives access to the external utility store room and the propertys front door. The door opens to the hall which widens to a space large enough to house a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is immediately to the right and to the front of the property. It is modern and very well fitted with integrated fridge/freezer and oven, hob and extractor hood. There is a large cupboard which houses the boiler.
