" You enter into the hallway with an Amtico floor throughout the ground floor, which leads to a cloakroom with a corner basin and low level WC. The family room at the front of the house could also be used as a fifth bedroom and there are double doors leading into the sitting room with a feature cast iron fireplace with a stone mantle. This flows into an open plan kitchen / dining room and into a large conservatory. The kitchen offers a comprehensive range of gloss white wall and base units with granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar with space to seat four people. Integrated appliances include an AEG oven, microwave, dishwasher and an induction hob. There is space for a fridge / freezer and there is a one and half bowl stainless steel sink unit with a mixer tap, low voltage down-lighters and an Amtico floor complement this light and airy kitchen which also looks through to the vast conservatory, creating a perfect living space with fantastic views of the rear garden. There is a utility room which houses the central heating boiler in the under-stairs cupboard. There is worktop space with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer and a door to the side giving access to the garden.
