" Words and pictures do not do justice to this beautifully presented five bedroom family home that our client, in the last few years, has completely updated and extended to give well planned living space, excellent sized bedrooms, all of this set in a well tended garden which extends to 0.88 acre. The attention to detail is without compromise and our client ensured that much of the work is of the highest standard including solid oak doors, new electrical system to the whole house and TV, computer and telephone points to all bedrooms and the kitchen. From the large central entrance hall, with its solid oak floor and oak turning staircase, all the principal reception rooms are accessed. The main living room has double doors onto the covered terrace as well as a feature working fireplace with a separate gas point, if required. The dining room, to the front of the house, can comfortably seat eight people for dinner, whilst the study has the hub of the hard wired computer system which distributes broadband to all bedrooms, kitchen and family room. The kitchen extends to over 27' in length and has space for breakfast table and chairs with under floor heating, Travertine stone floors and solid oak doors to the units, all of this is topped with granite work surfaces. The separate utility room has plumbing for washer and drier as well as the gas combination boiler. Upstairs, all five bedrooms are doubles with the master having a dressing area as well as a large en suite, with jacuzzi bath, and large walk-in shower plus Roca sanitary ware. The guest bedroom also has an en suite shower with modern white suite, whilst the other three bedrooms have the use of the family bathroom with its separate bath and large walk-in shower. "
