" A classic 1930's family home which has been extended and updated and includes a large conservatory, with Amtico flooring, that has double doors leading onto the rear terrace. The living room has a feature fireplace with gas coal effect fire with its stone and tile hearth and wood paneled surround. From here a door leads into the dining room with it's stripped wood floor and lovely views down the garden. To the front of the house there is a very useful study (for the home- worker), whilst the kitchen with its light oak units has plenty of space for a table and chairs as well as plumbing for washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, 3 of these are doubles and all having built in wardrobes and overlook the rear garden, whilst the refitted family bathroom has a modern white suite. All of this and no onward chain.

To the front of the house there's plenty of parking for a number of cars on the gravel driveway.
