" This tastefully refurbished property is ideally situated within easy walking distance of a handy Parade of shops, sought after local schools and Stoneleigh mainline railway station. A bright and spacious lounge / dining room has a bay window to the front and a sliding door to the garden. The kitchen comprises a range of high quality, contemporary units and there is a double glazed door to the side which allows lots of additional natural light. Meanwhile the hallway has been cleverly re jigged to accommodate a good sized downstairs w/c which makes you wonder why the original builders didn't do the same.

Upstairs are three well proportioned rooms with the third being larger than average, and a spacious family bathroom. The large landing makes a loft conversion very possible, as some of the neighbours have already done. This is of course subject to the usual planning constraints.
