" Built by Consero Homes in 2009 and finished to a high standard this property is set back within a small and private gated development. Arranged over three floors the central open galleried white oak staircase allows natural light through to the 19ft x 12ft hallway. Both the kitchen/breakfast room and hallway are connected by the porcelain floors bringing warmth and a reflective quality. The Poggen Pohl designer kitchen provides a modern finish with Corian work surfaces, a centre island, fitted appliances (such as Siemens twin ovens and Miele wine cooler). The hob is a four ring convection appliance whilst either side of the ovens there are two fridge/freezer units and a dishwasher set within the island. The property has been cabled using CAT 5 and in the ceiling the speakers are connected to the main hub allowing for DAB radio or docked iPad/iPhone/iPod media to be streamed. Throughout the ground and first floors there is under floor heating supplied via the air heat source system which is also responsible for the hot water. Set within this popular tree lined avenue and just a half mile walk of West Byfleet town you can find a Waitrose food store, health centre, shops, library, restaurants and the main line train station providing direct services to and from London Waterloo circa 30-35 minutes (some within 25 minutes). Brooklands Retail Park is within one mile where Marks & Spencer/Tesco superstores can be found, whilst access to Weybridge and Cobham town centres are within four miles including ACS International School in Cobham. The M25, A3 and M3 are local main arterial routes providing vital links including access to Heathrow airport which by car is within twenty miles.
