" With a wide frontage and spacious carriage driveway, Little Oaks is a well balanced and well proportioned family home. Requiring general modernisation, it offers a fabulous opportunity to scope and mould your perfect home, subject to the usual planning consents.

You enter via a pretty entrance porch with a tiled floor and this leads to a nice sized hallway. The fabulous triple aspect double reception room runs front to back and is split into two well defined areas. The front reception room extends into a square bay window and has a brick feature fireplace and the lovely rear reception room overlooks the garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors.

Glazed double doors lead to a good sized dining room which also extends into a pretty square bay window and has a wonderful beamed ceiling making this a lovely room in which to dine. From the dining room a door leads to a small inner lobby which has access to the kitchen and a further door leads to a cloakroom which has a window and consists of a two piece coloured suite to include a WC and a wash hand basin with storage below.

The kitchen breakfast room can also be accessed directly from the hallway. It has a tiled floor and overlooks the rear garden and has an extensive range of fitted units and work surfaces to incorporate a breakfast bar.
