House Network are pleased to offer this four bedroom detached family home situated in the village of Crowfield, plot extends to 0.42 acres subject to survey with views over open farmland to the rear.

Nearby mainline rail stations can be found at Needham Market, approximately 4 miles, Stowmarket 6.2 miles and Ipswich 8.3 miles. Within the parish of Crowfield are some fantastic walks over the beautiful countryside. There is easy access to the A140 to Norwich to the North and to the A14 and Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge to the South.

Directions From the A14 leave at junction 51, signposted A140 Norwich. Keep in the right hand lane and take the first turning on the right across the dual carriageway onto B1078 Needham Road. Continue through the village of Coddenham over the hump-back bridge past the church on the right and take the left turn onto School Road. Continue through the village onto Stone Street which leads into Crowfield where New Lodge will be found on the right hand side.
