" The bungalow is situated in an attractive, semi-rural position, in a non-estate position, set nicely back from the road with garaging and offering ample opportunity for parking. It is a versatile property which, although well-presented, could benefit from some updating to truly enhance the potential that the property offers. There is scope for extension (subject to the necessary planning permission and building regulations) which could further enhance this excellent home.

Accommodation The accommodation, in brief, comprises glazed door, with full length window to side, leading to the enclosed entrance porch. This is turns gives access to the generous reception hall. The hall provides useful storage cupboards, airing cupboard and all principal rooms are accessed off of this. The sitting room is situated to the front of the property and enjoys fine views across the front garden. The master bedroom is an excellent size and offers ample space for bedroom furniture; there are two further double bedrooms off from the hall, one benefitting from a fitted cupboard.
