DESCRIPTION: An imposing and individual character home built in the 19th Century with mellow brick & flint elevations under a slate roof. The unusual name of this extremely spacious home was given by a previous owner who spent many years in Africa at the foot of the Ngong Hills, which featured prominently in the acclaimed novel and film "Out of Africa". Ngong in Masai means "eye of the spring". The house stands prominently in the middle of this small Breckland village just a couple of miles from the market town of Watton and a short drive from Swaffham. It has undergone various alterations and improvements over the years, including the creation of a self contained annexe in what was originally the adjoining coach house.
