This semi rural three bedroom family home has plenty of space for the growing family, an internal inspection of this home is highly recommended. The property comprises of three bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom and garage. The rear garden is stunning and good size mainly laid to lawn with a summer house at the bottom. With the local traditional village pub and children's park located in the heart of the popular village of Homersfield. Harleston is four miles away and Diss is approximately thirteen miles which benefits from a main line train station to London Liverpool Street.

Location Homersfield is a rural village situated approximately three miles from the market town of Harleston and four miles from Bungay. The village itself has a pub, church and village green with play area. Both Bungay and Harleston offer a good range of shopping and leisure facilities and schooling for all ages.

Directions From Abbotts Bungay office, take the third exit into St Mary's Street, continue along and where the road forks, bear right into Upper Olland Street, leading into Flixton Road. At the crossroads, turn right onto Flixton Road, heading towards Flixton. Continue through Flixton, past The Buck public house and into Homersfield. Take the second turning left into Homersfield village, at the green turn right, where the property will be found on the left hand side.
