" Oak Hill is a popular residential road with good access to Highams Park, Epping Forest and well regarded schools.This four bedroom family home consists of front reception room and an open plan kitchen and dining room which overlooks the garden.Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a single bedroom, bathroom and separate shower room. The landing is spacious with stripped floor boardsThere is off road parking to the front and a garage. The garden to the rear although not large has a lovely decking area perfect for sunny days spent in the garden.
Oak Hill has a lovely feel with period features and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining and is a lovely family space.The house offers good accommodation and at an attractive price.

We loved the location and size of Oak Hill compared to others we had seen. It had just the right feeling, as it was both bright and homely. The kitchen/dining room has been the focal point of the home.Since living here we have refurbished the bathrooms and decorated throughout.It has been a lovely family home and the three double bedrooms and separate shower room have been especially useful. The fourth bedroom is a spacious single so we have used it as a guest room and home office.We are sure that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
