" This beautifully presented three bedroom terraced home has bags to offer with open plan kitchen/dining area and off street parking for two cars. This property is fully double glazed and has full central heating throughout. There is a spacious reception to the rear with views over a charming and well maintained garden. With ample storage and three bedrooms, this family home is ideally placed for easy access to the City via Grange Hill station which is a mere 6 minute walk away. It also has access to local shops and Hainault Forest is close by.In their time at the property, the owners have put in a double driveway, put a front porch close to the car port which was closed off and made into a dining room. They have added a new bathroom, new kitchen and flooring, new boiler, boarded up the loft and re-felted the roof. There is a new patio and new shed so there is very little to do to the property.

We have lived in the property now for over 6 years and what initially attracted us to the property was the space - a really large living room with three really good sized bedrooms - and I could see the potential to improve the property immediately which is also going to add to the value. We have added an extension to the side of the property which created a much bigger kitchen/dining area. It's really important when we have friends round we have got somewhere to eat. The location is fantastic. Having lived in Chigwell all my life, I wanted to go somewhere quieter, more semi rural but still be in walking distance to the Central Line tube station. This gave me both.
