LOCATION This property fronts onto Ebor Avenue, forming part of the Trinity Road estate which is located on the southern side of Hornsea. The estate was originally developed just after the second World War by the then local authority, but many of the houses are now in private ownership.
Hornsea itself is a small East Yorkshire coastal town with a resident population of around 8,000.
