Introduction This Victorian detached cottage is located in a wonderfully rural spot yet only 1 mile from Leominster town centre and provides an opportunity to acquire a type of property which is becoming more and more rare. Although requiring modernisation and updating the property is perfectly habitable. It has decent room sizes but does lend itself for further extension (STP) and would be a lovely rural retreat. Herefordshire Council Tax Band D. Location The village of Ivington is close by and located just outside Leominster where all the facilities you would expect from a market town can be found. The village does have an active community centred around the church and Primary School which is rated as 'Good' by Ofsted.
