" 103 Three Elms Road is situated on the fringes of Hereford city near to a range of local amenities including bus stops to and from Hereford, post office, butchers, convenience stores, supermarket, a number of primary schools, Whitecross High School, public houses and is just over 1 mile from the city centre.

Description The property has been refurbished to a high standard throughout over the past few years, and now benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The current owner has also added an extension to the rear incorporating the Kitchen and Dining Room which has produced one large L shaped room with a further dining space accessed through an archway. The cooker, hob and dishwasher are integrated and there are ample work surfaces and units. The breakfast bar leads onto the Breakfast Area where there are double doors onto a decked area of the garden which faces virtually south. There is also a Sitting Room downstairs and Cloakroom. Upstairs has been modernised throughout and there is a new Bathroom suite with shower over the bath. The Bedrooms are wonderfully presented and each are of a good size.
