" A contemporary rebuild of a 1994 property, only the second owners of this house have now substantially extended the house, giving it an internal finish of a new build. The work was carried out over three floors during 2012 and has increased the house over 50%, to include a new second floor and roof. Located on Beaconsfield's premier road.

Situation
Located on Beaconsfield's premier Burkes Road, the house is well set back from the road and is approached via a gated entry, leading to a detached double garage. Lying around a mile from the mainline station, estimated at around 23 minutes walk. This affords the house easy accessibility to all the shops, cafes and facilities of the new town.

Outside
The level quarter acre plot means that good use can be made of the whole garden space, with good off street parking to the front and a secluded lawned rear garden, with mature hedging and a wide dining terrace. This area is well placed for the morning sun and al fresco dining.

Additional Information
The house features an impressive entrance hall with a galleried central staircase rising to the upper floors. All three floors enjoy good ceiling heights and the staircase has been created out of solid oak and ironwork. The kitchen forms part of an extended room of nearly 27' square, with handmade painted units by Extreme Design Kitchens combined with curved maple units and granite and Corus work surfaces. Gaggenau touch appliances with two ovens, steamer and warming drawer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and motorised retractable cooker hood. The utility room is plumbed for washing machine and tumble drier and offers a further sink and ironing points. The remainder of the ground floor accommodation offers a cloakroom, study, 30' sitting room and separate family room that interconnects with both kitchen and sitting room. To the first floor are four bedroom suites, three with en suite bath/shower rooms and one with an en suite dressing room. The fourth/fifth bedrooms have use of the family bathroom. The top floor has been given over to a total suite of rooms with a large bedroom with cathedral ceiling, separate dressing room and bathroom. All the bathrooms feature natural stone and marble and the house enjoys extensive storage throughout. "
