This fee covers all the Tenants pre-tenancy costs (for up to four people). Each additional application or Guarantor is charged at ยฃ35-00. There are no other pre-tenancy costs. At the end of the tenancy the Tenant will then be liable for the cost of the inventory check out report which will be approximately ยฃ82-25.

All administration fees are received on the basis of being subject to contract, references and Landlord's approval. They do not represent an agreement or offer of a tenancy by Thompson Wilson Lettings or the Landlord. The only time that this administration fee is returnable is if the Landlord decides not to proceed.

A dilapidations deposit of 1 1/2 months rent is payable with the first months rent prior to a tenancy commencing. These monies must be cleared funds.
