" It's really nice being so close to town, my owners love that they can just walk 5 minutes and be in the centre of Harrogate, let's face it you could eat in a different restaurant every night for a month. No worries about how to get home after a glass or two of wine or parking to shop on a busy Saturday.

I've been really lucky with my current owners, they've lavished lots of care and attention on me, I've got UPVC double glazing throughout, I've got a hand made, hand painted luxury kitchen, lovely feature fireplaces, bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate wc so that means two toilets, large through lounge dining room and 4 double bedrooms. Solid Oak floors throughout the ground floor. Top quality Colonial Shutters in main rooms andbathroom Lovely south facing rear courtyard garden to enjoy those lovely summer days ( we'll get some soon I'm sure).

The man from EweMove says that homes of this quality so close to town are rare and I'm a bit of a catch, so if you enjoy nights out in town or nights in with friends I could be your ideal home.

Harrogate has great rail and bus connections and the station and bus station are just under 5 minutes away. There are regular trains to York and Leeds and a daily direct train to London. There is a bus every 15 minutes to Leeds or Ripon.
