" Located within a short distance of Greenhead Park, Marsh, Edgerton and Lindley, is this traditionally constructed, stone built, mature, semi-detached house. A house which has been enjoyed by the current owners for the past 32 years has been improved and offers a blend of original character and modern refinement. This family home offers accommodation comprising large entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, rear entrance and to the first floor there are three double bedrooms, contemporary style house bathroom. To the second floor there is a large teenage annex/granny flat with master bedroom, study room and it's own en-suite shower room.
