Directions From our Ruislip office turn left. At the mini roundabout turn left onto Bury Street. Take the third right into Park Avenue and go through the width restriction. The property is a short distance down the road on the left hand side. Situation Park Avenue is one of Ruislip's most desirable roads, located in North Ruislip and only a short walk from the bustling High Street where a vast number of shops, restaurants and transports links can be found. For the motorist, there are also excellent connections to central London via the M25 and the M40 and commuters are well suited with five London underground stations in the area. Ruislip Station at the end of the High Street and only 1.0 miles away offers access into the city via the Metropolitan or Piccadilly lines.
