" This modern semi-detached house has been greatly improved and updated by the current owners in recent years to create a wonderful living space, ideal for a growing family. We are advised that cavity wall insulation has been added, a new central heating system fitted and a new boiler installed in the roof. Further features include engineered oak flooring to the ground floor, new bathrooms, new architrave and internal doors, redecoration, and glazed folding doors have been added between the sitting and dining room forming separate areas.

The glazed entrance porch leads into the hall and cloakroom which again has been refitted and has a tiled floor. The wood flooring from the hall flows into the sitting room which overlooks the garden to the rear. Here there are sliding patio doors and doors leading to the dining room which can be folded back for entertaining. The front aspect kitchen has ample work surfaces with cupboards, drawers and ample appliance space with plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double oven, hob with extractor over and a vent for a tumble dryer.

There are three further bedrooms and the large family bathroom, again is superbly presented with a bath, (power shower over) a vanity unit incorporating a wash basin and low level w.c.
