" A three bedroom semi detached home situated between the villages of Witley and Wormley and within a stroll of Witley station, King Edward's School and the Witley recreation ground. The accommodation is spacious but could benefit from some modernisation, offering a useful porch and main entrance hall, leading to both the box bay fronted dining room and sitting room which in turn opens into the kitchen to the rear with a separate utility area, cloakroom, store room and door to the back garden. This area also offers potential to extend to make a larger kitchen/breakfast room while still retaining the option of a utility room. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor landing, with two double bedrooms and a large single bedroom, a family bathroom with corner bath and hand basin, and a separate shower room with wc and hand basin. There is also access to a large loft area, which has been boarded and insulated.

Outside, the property is approached by a tarmac driveway providing off street parking for several cars, which in turn leads to a detached one and a half length garage, with power and lighting.
