" Originally built around 1958, this charming detached chalet style house, has been extended and completely refurbished featuring oak floors, a superb kitchen and new bathrooms as well as neutral decorations throughout. It offers well planned and light accommodation leading off a large and welcoming reception hall with generously proportioned rooms. One of the two studies adjoins a shower room & could easily adapt as au pair's accommodation. The property is approached by a long driveway leading up to an elevated position with excellent views and flanked by lawns & shrubs, there is plenty of parking and a turning circle in front. Situation
The property sits midway along a popular, private residential cul de sac in landscaped grounds of just under an acre, close to extensive National Trust land yet easily accessible for a range of local amenities. A favoured village location, Gasden Copse is on the rural edge of the Surrey countryside, a mile from the highly regarded Rodborough Secondary School and Milford mainline station (Waterloo 50 minutes) is within 1.8 miles. The village of Witley also has a junior school (Witley First School) and Chandler Church of England Middle School, a general store/wine merchants and newsagent.
