" This is a charming three bedroom detached family home located in the village of Chiddingfold. The property is offered to the market with no onward chain. The current owners have conducted a major renovation of the property since they purchased it, including a new roof and the majority of the windows were replaced.

The house is situated on a corner plot with potential, subject to planning permission, to extend to the side and to build a second storey extension at the rear to create an upstairs family bathroom.

On coming through the front door the staircase is ahead with the reception room off to the left and the dining room on the right. The reception room retains its original fireplace which is in working order.
