The downstairs accommodation consists of kitchen, living room and downstairs family bathroom. Upstairs comprises of master bedroom, second bedroom currently with a dressing room. NO GAS CENTRAL HEATING

Situation
Dunsfold is a beautiful village which has a post office, a public house, Church and pretty cricket green. The area is surrounded by miles of Green Belt woods and farmland, which form part of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for both long walks and rides. There are a number of larger villages and towns within easy reach, including Godalming, Cranleigh and Guildford, whilst the neighbouring village of Chiddingfold also provides an excellent range of local amenities, with the nearest stations being found at both Witley and Milford, each serving Waterloo in under an hour. A wide choice of schools are also readily available in Godalming including Charterhouse, Prior's Field and the Sixth Form College, together with those in Cranleigh, Witley, Shackleford and Bramley.
