" A modern semi-detached family home, believed to have been originally built in the 1930s and features pleasant gardens to the front and rear. The well-presented and versatile accommodation will suit growing families or professional couples alike and there is excellent scope to further improve or extend the property (subject to necessary consents). There are a number of desirable features, including a well-appointed kitchen, a handsome wooden fireplace and a spacious open plan reception room. The ground floor accommodation includes an entrance porch, open plan dining roomsitting room, kitchen, bathroom and separate wc. There is also a glazed conservatory to the rear. From the first-floor landing there are four bedrooms, two of which being generous doubles with built in storage. The two additional bedrooms are good size singles with dormer windows overlooking the front, which would also make great studies, or home offices.

Situation
Although positioned conveniently for Farncombe railway station (a direct service to Waterloo in 45 mins), there are a number of public footpaths including riverside walks to Guildford, as well as the lake and parkland at Broadwater for enjoying the great outdoors and stunning Surrey countryside. A choice of both private and state schools are also in the vicinity including Farncombe C of E Infants School, Godalming Junior School, Broadwater School, Charterhouse, Aldro and St Mary‘s to name a few.
