" A well presented detached family house, which has been in the same family's ownership for over thirty years, enjoying lovely southerly views, over its very pretty gardens to woodland beyond. The house provides light accommodation, including an L-shaped principal reception room with distinct sitting room

(with an attractive open fireplace) and dining areas. Just extended the house features a beautifully appointed semi-vaulted kitchen/breakfast room with marble work surfaces, built in gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge and excellent pantry unit. The cloakroom and bathroom have each been attractively refurbished, the latter also incorporating a power shower.

Situation
The house occupies a favoured location in Peperharow Road between Godalming town centre and Frith Hill. At the far end there is access onto open countryside, including attractive riverside walks. Godalming is within 1 mile, (which can also be accessed via an adjacent FP), with the mainline station serving Waterloo in about 47 minutes. The pretty town is well served with a varied range of shops, pubs and restaurants, and schools for all age groups. There is access onto the A3 at Hurtmore.
