" Such a spacious contemporary family home, close to local amenities and with a south facing rural outlook, is rarely available in Godalming. This versatile house provides generous open plan living space, ideal for a growing family. The split-level accommodation is cleverly designed to flow from the entrance through to the stunning garden. The house is approached over a tarmac drive, with off street parking for at least three cars.

On entering the property there is a generous hall with a coat cupboard and separate WC. Passing through the double doors one enters the kitchen dining area with the family room, currently used as a home office, to the right. The kitchen is well appointed with fitted units and integrated appliances, under floor heating, black granite work surfaces and a range cooker. The kitchen area has an external door leading to the side passage.

From the dining area, stairs lead down to the cosy, yet spacious living room, with a log burning stove and full width glass doors giving stunning views over the garden and beyond. Upstairs the accommodation provides three double bedrooms, with one en-suite and two further single bedrooms.
