" This 1930s home has been substantially extended and offers cleverly thought out accommodation, maintaining character yet enjoying all the benefits of modern family living and is ideally situated within walking distance of all that Godalming has to offer. The entrance features a porchway with a log storage area and a beautiful art deco front door. The spacious entrance hall has real oak flooring which flows throughout the ground floor and a stunning staircase to the first floor. From the hall is one of the original 30's reception rooms with a front aspect bay window and a Jotel wood burner. This room is currently used as a Playroom but would also make a cosy lounge. The cloakroom has a modern feel with a matching white suite. As you walk into the dining room, you are met with the open plan kitchen and the well thought out family room with bi-folding doors leading out to the garden.
